Yep, the permanent paper is now on the roof and they delivered the roofing tile
too.
The heating ducts are mostly installed and much of the roof flashing is in
too.
The plumber is almost done with this phase of his work: we have both incoming
water and outgoing sewage pipes.
The pest control company finished their spraying of Boron. This is a
non-toxic substance that drives away termites for many years. It is
approximately as expensive as tenting the structure but it is preventive rather
than reactive.
