| Calders to move next door on El Prado Road. Our house is on the corner of Santa Anita and El Prado Roads. Our really nice neighbor, Ray Rolland, passed away very suddenly in June. His heirs, one of whom lives right next door to his house, have offered us the opportunity to rent the house during our construction. We have happily accepted. |
 This arrangement will work out well for both parties. They want to rent the house already furnished but there is ample room in the house and it's garage to store our furniture. This is a nice, 3-bedroom home with well established landscaping. Part of the rental arrangement will enable us (again mostly Joan) to perform the gardening tasks for them. Joan has been maintaining the upper protion of the property for sometime and many of her "green children" have already been temporarily transplanted there.Timing may become an issue if the City is too slow reviewing our plans or the builder can't start for several months then that could become a problem. Currently the heirs are very patiently waiting for us. |
