| We're mostly, sort of on schedule we think. We are mentally ready to have the
destruction end and the construction begin.
There was progress on the construction of the sidewalk too. To get the
required encriachment permit to build the wall to keep the soil off the new
sidewalk we had to appear before the Architectural Board of Review. Given our
experience with the things we were both concerned. The meeting was a
"consent" meeting with just one of the board members and was only a
required formality. It took us less than 5 minutes (and more than $100 for the
application fee) and we were on to our next step.
